Jack Bowen
President & Chief Executive Officer. Jack leads BLDR Holdings and its portfolio of companies. With over 25 years of construction experience, he has held roles ranging from job site superintendent to vice president of construction, and is known for his leadership and problem-solving.
William Mosher
Chief Operating Officer. William brings strategic leadership and operational excellence to BLDR's businesses. Raised in a construction-focused family, he earned his degree from Centenary College of Louisiana in 1998 and has held key roles from project engineer to executive vice president.
Megan Duman
Chief Financial Officer. Megan brings more than 15 years of financial leadership in the construction industry to her role as Chief Financial Officer, directing financial strategy to ensure the strength, stability, and agility needed for long-term growth. She holds an MBA from Southern Adventist University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Rob Bundy
Chief Legal Officer. Rob brings two decades of combined construction and legal leadership to his role as Chief Legal Officer. Starting his career on construction sites, he gained hands-on experience that shapes his practical, results-oriented approach to risk management.
Kami Clark
Chief of Staff. Kami is a strategic operations leader with an extensive background in project management, administration, and cross-functional coordination. A PMP-certified professional, she has driven process optimization and team alignment across the organization, bringing both military experience from the Air National Guard and years in corporate project support.
